Value for your Money?
I think the standard sign up fee is £4.99 per month but for that you can a DVD for any amount of time. Also you get free first class postage which is a very good bonus for how cheap this service is. Some online DVD rental companies use 2nd class postage which slows down the time in which you receive them, and slows down the time they receive
them from you, this means you don’t get as many DVD’s per month as you would else where. So always beware of this when looking for a online DVD company!!
How bigs the Choice?
The choice in Blockbuster doesn’t get much bigger, you have got thousands of DVD’s to chose from.
The range is suitable for every category : Family, Horror, Thriller etc.. You will be very hard pushed to find a larger range of DVD’s from one supplier.
Condition Of Disks?
Some disk look like they could do with a quick spray and clean up because of the amount of use they get. I haven’t had a huge problem with this though,
I have read reviews where people say al the disks a dirty this with me isn’t the case.
I think i have only received a bad disk once in about 20 times. Generally the disk condition is very good
and if you get a relatively new release DVD then often the DVD comes in near mint condition.
Bad Points
There where only a few faults i could find because overall the service is fantastic. Its sometimes is difficult to get the latest DVD’s on rental due to a big demand for them.
So providing your not absolutely desperate for the very latest titles Blockbuster is a fantastic online dvd rental service the matches the very best.
Also a little bad part is the condition of the disks isn’t always great, but for the majority of rental times they are in good condition.
(I think this might be due to the speed they try to get them back out again.)
Conclusion
In conclusion I don’t think you will be able to find a better all round package like this on the web. They offer very competitive prices, the delivery time is sensational,
the choice of DVD’s is everything you could wish for. Yes once in a blue moon a disk might come a bid dusty or dirty but on the whole the disks come in great condition.
